ULTRA-LIGHT BNVD

Night Vision Devices (NVD) Ultra-light, Single Gain, Binocular Night Vision Device (BNVD) weighs in at 465gr with new hybrid optics optimized for high FOM white phosphor tubes. NVD utilizes Harris 18mm image intensification tubes, taking full advantage of technology from the world’s leading manufacturer of Gen 3 image intensification technology. This BNVD is auto-gated to reduce blooming from extreme light exposure and uses a single gain control to allow the user to adjust the amplification and brightness. The BNVD-UL utilizes a single AA battery, generating more than 40 hours of operational run time, or more than double the operational time of a PVS-31. Durability is assured with a water resistance rating of 20m for up to 3 hours. Other features include a 9.8" close focus range and a full diopter adjustment range from -6 to +2 to adapt to the widest range of operators. This BNVD uses tactical monocular cutoff technology, shutting off each tube individually when flipped up or both tubes when placed in the stow position.
