ILB-MD PACK

The PROJECT7 INTEGRATED LOAD BEARING MEDICAL PACK (ILB-MD) was designed from the ground up for tactical medics and search and rescue personnel. Featuring a rugged yet compact design with five external pockets and six removable throw pouches, the ILB-MD is the result of years of research and the input of physicians, paramedics, EMTs, and tactical medics. (Medical supplies not included)

KEY FEATURES

• External 10.5”x5.75” Hemorrhage control pocket with four elastic straps to hold four SOF-T wide tourniquets or gauze as well as smaller pockets and a mesh pouch for chest seals, surgical sponges, and other essential supplies
• Two large 5.5”x10” external zip pockets built to hold hemorrhage control kits, rolled gauze, gloves, or other supplies
• Two 3.5”x6” side surface pockets with magnetic closures to hold decompression needles, pens, cyalume lightsticks, and other essential supplies
• Large internal 10.5”x16”, padded, isolated compartment lined with Velcro loop for easy attachment of throw bags
• Six removable, transparent, hook and loop backed, internal throw bags (four 5.5”x5.5”x3” and two 11.0”x2.75”x3”) with top zippers to allow visualization, access, and immediate distribution of crucial supplies
• Webless MOLLE/PALS surfaces on the outside of the pack for additional gear attachment
• Removable shoulder straps with magnetic sternum strap
• Constructed of Blue Force Gear Ultracomp and 500D Cordura
